Did you know that only 30% of Americans have family meals every night according to one poll? It is no wonder as over-scheduled and over-worked as many are, dashing from one activity to another.

Yes, we’re all busy and it is hard at times, I know, to have family meals every night. Also, think outside the box, the meal doesn’t have to be dinner. It could be breakfast or even lunch on the weekend. Whenever it makes the most sense for your family’s schedule. That is also why this campaign is all about taking it one step at a time and asking families to just commit to one more meal together per week.
