Wild Blueberry Tropical Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is packed with protein and fiber, not to mention bursting with fruity goodness. It can be a great breakfast on the go or serve a smaller portion for a healthy snack when you need a little pick-me-up!
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
