
Roasted Broccoli
Roasted broccoli is a nice change of pace rather than the usual steaming and gives the broccoli a sweeter, almost nutty character.
Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine broccoli, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to coat the broccoli evenly.
- Spread in a single layer on baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until browned.
