Ingredients
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups baby arugula
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
  1. Arrange strawberry and cucumber slices in a semicircle on each plate, overlapping each piece. Place 1 cup arugula next to the semicircle and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sliced almonds on each plate.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey. Drizzle the dressing over the strawberries, cucumbers and arugula on each plate. Sprinkle with salt.
Recipe Notes

Simplify It: If you do not want to arrange all the ingredients like we have done in the picture, simply mix all of the salad ingredients together in one bowl, drizzle with dressing and serve.
