Ingredients
  • 8 leaves Green leaf lettucetorn into pieces
  • 2 ruby red grapefruits, peeled, sliced, membrane removed
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinaigrette, store bought or our homemade version (find link to recipe in notes below)

  1. Divide up the lettuce on 4 plates. Top with grapefruit and avocado slices across the top of the lettuce, alternating each for a more festive look. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Serve.

Recipe for White Wine Vinaigrette

Make Ahead: Peel, slice and remove the membranes from the grapefruit the day before. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to assemble salad.
