Romaine Salad with Carrots, Cucumber, and Olives
  • 4cups romaine lettucewashed and chopped
  • 1cup shoestring cut carrots
  • 1cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2cup sliced olivesblack or green
  • Your favorite dressing(we recommend Greek, Italian, or balsamic vinaigrette dressing)
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and olives. Drizzle with dressing and toss until well combined. Serve.
