Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 quarts water
  • 5 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Steam carrots over boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Place cooked carrots in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.
