Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 12-oz package mixed salad greens
  • 2/3 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar and mustard in a large bowl and stir with a whisk until combined.
  2. Add mixed salad greens, grapes, and almonds and toss with dressing until well coated.

Chef’s Note: If you don’t want the dark color from the balsamic vinegar, use white balsamic vinegar instead.
