Ingredients
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 4 medium kiwis, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • Optional Fresh blueberries or pomegranate seeds
Dressing (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions
  1. Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, zest and mint, if using. Just before serving pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
