  • 4 sweet potatoes, washed

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pierce each sweet potato 4-5 times with a fork.
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place sweet potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender. Split in half and season according to your tastes.

Kid-Friendly:  Sweet potatoes are super healthy but sometimes it can be fun to jazz them up with a little bit of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon if your kid is not a sweet potato fan. We cannot imagine it, but Lesley is the only one in her family that likes sweet potatoes! Those kids do not know what they are missing.
