Monthly Menu Favorites – April

Ann Dunaway Teh & Lesley Baradel

We are kicking off a new series sharing our family’s menu favorites from the past month!

Check out our menu favorites for the month of April

People often want to know if we still plan out our weekly family menus and if we continue to cook our own recipes. The answers are a resounding YES and YES! You will often find us searching through the hundreds of recipes we have on our website for re-inspiration or looking for our family’s menu favorites.

We also go through stages of making some  recipes more often than others, depending upon mood, the season or the ever-changing taste buds of our kids.  This is literally what is on Lesley’s refrigerator right now for her weekly menu:

(It’s usually a little  more detailed than this to be honest, but we didn’t want to “dress it up” just for our blog post.)

So we are starting a new series on our blog where on the last Monday of the month, we’ll share some of our family’s favorite recipes over the last month. Of course don’t forget that if you want the menu planning done for you, you can find many of these already put into a weekly menu plan, complete with all of the sides, recipes and a grocery shopping list on our website for just $1.49 each.

Here are the top 3 dishes from our website that have been popping up frequently on our menu plans at home:

What are your family’s favorite recipes that you make often?

We (Lesley and Ann) first met years ago while training for Ironman Wisconsin. Our paths crossed again at Georgia State University while studying to become registered dietitian nutritionists. Over the years, our paths kept crossing and we soon discovered that we shared a love for menu planning. This blossomed into My Menu Pal where we help the food industry up their nutrition game to become their customer's nutrition hero.
