You can change the number of servings of any of our recipes by going to that particular recipe page on our website. Next to the servings box at the bottom of the ingredient list, you can use the arrow button to change the number of servings to your desired number.
Today’s world is busy and cooking 7 days a week is very challenging with all of the other family, work, social, and sports commitments we have. We feel that you can cook 4 days a week and re-use (a.k.a. leftovers) the ingredients from those meals on the other nights. Or you may want to throw together a simple meal like a sandwich one night and eat out another night.
To ensure you have enough leftovers, go to any recipe on our website and add a few extra servings to the serving size to make sure you have plenty of leftovers. Absolutely! Planning for 1 person is just as important as planning for 4 or more people. Planning helps you eat healthier no matter how many are eating. You can increase or decrease the serving sizes of all our recipes to fit your family’s needs.

In the meantime, you can search for other recipes on our website and always use that in place of what is on a menu plan – just manually add any needed ingredients to your shopping list.
