Maple Glazed Apple Slices

This is a quick and easy side dish that is perfect for Thanksgiving or any fall festive occasion.

  • 4 apples
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Peel and core apples. Slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add apples and saut√© until golden on both sides and tender.
  • Stir in the maple syrup, water, lemon juice and cinnamon. Continue to cook a few more minutes until the apples are well coated.
