
Herb and Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin is coated in herbs and studded with garlic for this tender and flavorful dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin trimmed of fat
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed and sliced into chunks
- 1/2 Tbsp Steak seasoning (i.e., Montreal's) or ground black pepper
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves stripped and finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
- 1 sprig fresh thyme leaves stripped and finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Rub the balsamic vinegar and olive oil all over the pork. Cut small slits into the pork with a sharp knife and stuff with the garlic pieces. In a small bowl, mix together the steak seasoning, rosemary and thyme. Rub the seasoning all over the pork.
- Roast the pork in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked to desired degree of doneness. Slice and serve.
