
Garlicky Sautéed Spinach
This is a quick and easy way to make spinach into a vegetable your family will eat. It's also a great way to use up fresh spinach before it goes bad.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
- 1 1/2 lb baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spinach to pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
