  • 6 cups green leaf lettuce washed, dried and torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • vinaigrette salad dressing of choice


  • Place all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add salad dressing and toss until thoroughly combined.
