Berrylicious Popsicles

These popsicles are simple to make and fun for the whole family. The size of your popsicle molds will determine how many the recipe makes for you. If you end up with more mixture than popsicle molds, store in the refrigerator or freezer to either make more another time or use in a smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fruit or berries frozen
  • 1/2 cup 100% white grape juice

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen banana and fruit in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until completely thawed. Once thawed, mash the fruit using a potato masher.
  • Add the grape juice and stir well to combine. Add additional grape juice if needed to make it more liquid. Fill popsicle molds to the top using a spoon and insert sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to freeze solid.

Notes

Chef's Note: We prefer to use frozen fruit to make our popsicles - the natural juices from the frozen fruit once it has been thawed adds a better consistency in our opinion. Of course you can use fresh fruit, just skip the thawing part and start mashing away!
