Our Story

Lesley Baradel, MBA, MS, RDN, LD, FAND and Ann Dunaway Teh, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD are registered dietitian nutritionists and co-founders of My Menu Pal.


Lesley and Ann are industry experts with more than 25 years of experience consulting with restaurants, hospitals, and schools in the areas of nutrition analysis, menu planning, recipe development, food quality, preparation methods, and allergens while keeping in mind food cost. In addition, they use their medical nutrition knowledge to plan all types of dietary menus, including therapeutic and special dietary menus. Lesley and Ann also assist restaurants with menu labeling compliance with federal regulations. Lesley and Ann teach nutrition classes and seminars in a variety of settings to people of all ages, including school systems, community centers, universities, athletic groups and non-profit organizations.

Both Lesley and Ann have a Master of Science, with a focus on nutrition, from Georgia State University. In addition, Lesley has a Master of Business from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Ann holds bachelor’s degrees from Davidson College in Psychology and Georgia State University in Nutrition.

Lesley and Ann are part-time lecturers at Georgia Institute of Technology where they teach health and wellness courses. Previously, Ann taught food service management and food science classes at Georgia State University. Lesley also taught nutrition and food policy courses at Georgia State University.
