Lesley Baradel, MBA, MS, RDN, LD, FAND is a registered dietitian nutritionist and founder of My Menu Pal.
Lesley is an industry expert with more than 15 years of experience consulting with restaurants, hospitals, and schools in the areas of nutrition analysis, menu planning, recipe development, food quality, preparation methods, and allergens. Lesley also assists restaurants with menu labeling compliance with federal regulations. Lesley teaches wellness classes and seminars in a variety of settings to people of all ages, including school systems, community centers, universities, athletic groups and non-profit organizations.
Lesley has a Master of Science, with a focus on nutrition, from Georgia State University. In addition, Lesley has a Master of Business from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Lesley is an adjunct lecturer at Georgia Institute of Technology where she teaches health and wellness courses. Lesley has also taught nutrition and food policy courses at Georgia State University.
